nomad is a lightweight autonomous-agent drift detector — it catches process/Docker/systemd entities that spawn, migrate, then vanish. Right now it targets Linux. If you’d use it on another OS, say so — the reaction-timer tells us whether a port is worth building, instead of spending effort nobody wants.
